Delphi-MD system next to a 2026 Digital Health & AI Awards finalist plaque

NEW YORK — October 21, 2026 — QuantalX™ Neuroscience, the company translating brain signals into better care, today announced that it has been named a finalist in the 2026 Digital Health & AI Awards in the Rising Star – Brain Health category. The Digital Health & AI Awards recognize innovations shaping the future of healthcare.

Neurologists can assess symptoms, review imaging and identify biomarkers, but they have lacked a standardized way to directly measure how brain networks are functioning. That gap can delay diagnosis and intervention. QuantalX was recognized for addressing this gap with Delphi-MD™, the first FDA De Novo-cleared system.

Iftach Dolev, QuantalX CEO and Co-Founder, said: “QuantalX is honored to be recognized by the Digital Health Hub Foundation for our work redefining brain healthcare with our Delphi-MD. Real-time insights on brain network function enable clinicians to make earlier, more precise treatment decisions with the goal of driving better outcomes for patients.”

Delphi-MD stimulates targeted brain networks, records their responses and compares them to an age-matched normative database to quantify reactivity, excitability, and connectivity. The 30-40 minute test is non-invasive and radiation-free, and requires no active participation. It adds an objective functional layer to clinical evaluation of brain disorders such as cognitive decline, neurodegeneration, traumatic brain injury and stroke.

"The transition from Quarterfinalist to Finalist is where the competition really gets exciting," said Mark H. Goldstein, Chairman of the Digital Health Hub Foundation. "We're seeing companies move beyond promising ideas to solutions that are changing how healthcare is delivered, experienced, and accessed. Our finalists represent an extraordinary range of innovation, and we can't wait to bring their achievements to the stage at HLTH in November.”

*All clinical interpretations of Delphi-MD™ assessments must be made by qualified healthcare professionals within the context of a full patient evaluation. The Delphi-MD™ system is intended to elicit, record, and analyze TMS-evoked brain potentials (TEPs) and provide quantitative output parameters compared against a normative reference database limited to ages 50–75. Adverse events during or after evaluation may include headache, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety/agitation, back or neck pain, vomiting, tinnitus, migraine aura, and abnormal sensations. Delphi-MD™ is not intended to be relied upon solely to make or confirm a diagnosis. For more information, refer to the Delphi-MD™ user manual.
