Psychiatry

In psychiatry, diagnostic uncertainty often leads to delayed or imprecise care. Many patients endure a frustrating cycle of trial-and-error medications, treatments (e.g., rTMS), and subjective assessments, negatively impacting both outcomes and trust. At QuantalX™, we believe direct, real-time brain function data is key to transforming psychiatric care. With mental health disorders rising globally, clinicians need tools that go beyond symptom tracking and deliver clear, functional insights into the brain itself.

The Need

The Growing Need for Neurofunctional Data in Mental Health

At QuantalX™, we believe direct, real-time brain function data is key to transforming psychiatric care. With mental health disorders rising globally, clinicians need tools that go beyond symptom tracking and deliver clear, functional insights into the brain itself.

Longitudinal monitoring

From a Snapshot to a Longitudinal View

Mental health evolves over time—and brain function can, too. Repeated Delphi-MD™ assessments provide quantitative neurophysiological data that can be compared across visits, helping clinicians objectively follow changes in brain-network function alongside symptoms, treatment, and other clinical measures.

*All clinical interpretations of Delphi-MD™ assessments must be made by qualified healthcare professionals within the context of a full patient evaluation. The Delphi-MD™ system is intended to elicit, record, and analyze TMS-evoked brain potentials (TEPs) and provide quantitative output parameters compared against a normative reference database limited to ages 50–75. Adverse events during or after evaluation may include headache, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety/agitation, back or neck pain, vomiting, tinnitus, migraine aura, and abnormal sensations. Delphi-MD™ is not intended to be relied upon solely to make or confirm a diagnosis. For more information, refer to the Delphi-MD™ user manual.
